Judging Day Timeline: January 18, 2020
Science Fair (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
8:00 AM – Judges enter the exhibit hall
9:00 AM – Students enter the exhibit hall for Round One Judging
NOTE: Actual judging times may vary slightly. Students must be on site 15-30 minutes before their scheduled time.
11:30 AM to 12:00 PM – LUNCH BREAK
ATTENTION Students/Parents: Traditional Boxed Lunches Available for Sale ($9.99+tax) by Chartwells Catering at FGCU
Presale Opportunity:
– Fri, January 17th between 4 PM and 8 PM
– Sat, January 18th between 7 AM and 9 AM
– Cash or Credit Accepted
Choice of Sandwich Includes:
– Turkey and Cheddar
– Ham and Swiss
– Roast Beef and Provolone
– Red Pepper Hummus Veggie Wrap
– ALL Boxed Lunches Include: Whole Fruit, Bag of Chips, Cookie & Water
12:00 PM – Students return to exhibit hall for Round Two Judging
3:00 PM – Judges exit the exhibit hall (or as soon as judging is complete)
Public Viewing is tentatively scheduled from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (or as soon as Judging ends)
5:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Project Break Down (or as soon as Public Viewing ends)

What to bring to the Fair
– Name Badge from check-in day
– Bottled Water (no water fountains are available in the exhibit area)
– A book, an iPod, etc. to occupy your mind during the slow times.
